Full Congress Registration includes access to all sessions (Tuesday, May 10 - Friday, May 13), meals (coffee breaks and lunch, soft drinks included), Evening Poster receptions (soft drinks and alcoholic beverages included), Welcome Reception on Tuesday, May 10 (soft drinks and alcoholic beverages included), and congress materials.*
Animal Prion Diseases Workshop registration fee is JPY5,000. Please note that this fee is required besides the full congress registration fee. It is not possible to attend the Animal Prion Diseases Workshop only. Onsite registration will not be accepted. Please use the online registration system.
* Tickets for the Final Gala Dinner party on Friday, May 13 must be purchased separately. The price includes soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

** To qualify for the Post-doctoral fellow or student registration rate, applicants must submit a letter from their Department Administration Office or Divisional Head as proof of full-time enrolment in the current academic year. Research assistants and lab technicians do not qualify for the post-doctoral fellow or student rate. All supporting documentation must be sent to the PRION 2016 Registration Secretariat by e-mail () or fax ().
Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.
Confirmation
As soon as we confirm your application and payment, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk on site to receive the congress materials.
Badges must be worn at all times while in the conference venue. If you forget to wear your badge, you will be asked to purchase a replacement badge.
Meeting registrations cannot be transferred to another person. If the registrant cannot attend the Prion 2016 Tokyo for any reason, his/her registration must be cancelled, and the replacement person must register for the meeting separately.
Visa
Customized letters of invitation can only be issued to confirmed registrants (those who have paid the meeting registration fees).
Those who need an invitation letter from the Organizing Committee of Prion 2016 Tokyo or those who need visa application supporting documents, please contact the Registration Secretariat at after your registration. When contacting the secretariat office, please let us know your registration number.
We urge you to please complete your registration by February 10, 2016, (JST) so that you would have ample time for applying for a visa.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations made in writing and received by the Secretariat by Febrary 10, 2016 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after Febrary 11, 2016 or for no-shows.
